Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250 grams chicken
  2. 1 tsp kashmiri chilly powder
  3. 1 tsp jeera
  4. 1 tsp pepper corns
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. salt to taste
  7. ghee for frying
  8. cardomon 1
  9. cinnamon stick 1/4 inch
  10. clove 2

Instructions

  1. Dry roast and grind into a fine powder (jeera, cardamom, cinnamon, peppercorns and cloves).
  2. Add these powders along with Kashmiri chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt into the chicken.
  3. Marinate and keep it aside for min 2 hours.
  4. Take a grilling pan. add a 1 tsp of ghee and let it cook on slow flame for 20-25 mins or until its brown on both the sides.
