ABOUT Stuffed Green Aaloo in Net Bathua Dosa RECIPE

It is a unique dosa which is healthy as well as very tempting and attractive. Green leafys are already rich in vitamins, proteins, iron etc and to use it in form of dosa and that too jalebi style is something really very different. It's completely oil free too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bathua, 1/2 cup
  2. Dosa batter, 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Potatoes, 2, boiled and cubed
  5. Coriander leaves, 100 gm
  6. Green chili,2
  7. Cumin seeds,1/2 tsp
  8. Juice of 1 Lemon

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook bathua for 1 whistle.
  2. Grind bathua to form smooth paste.
  3. Now add bathua paste to 1/2 cup dosa batter and mix well. Reserve 1/2 cup dosa batter
  4. Grind coriander leaves, green chilies, lemon juice, cumin seeds, salt to form smooth chutney
  5. Coat cubed potatoes well with chutney. Keep it aside
  6. Add bathua batter and reserved dosa batter in 2 separate squeeze bottles. Heat non stick pan
  7. Squeeze first bathua batter in shape of net/jalebi then squeeze plain batter and again squeeze bathua batter. Cook Net dosa on both sides.
  8. Place Chutney potatoes stuffing on top and fold the dosa
  9. Delicious healthy Net dosa is ready.
