Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green peas 2 cup
  2. Chopped Spinach 2 cups
  3. Boiled Potatoes-2
  4. Fenugreek leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  5. Mint leaves 1 tsp
  6. Capsicum chopped 2 tsp
  7. Coarsely ground cashew-nuts 2 tsp
  8. Besan 4 tsp
  9. oil 1 tsp
  10. Chaat masala 1 tsp
  11. Chili paste 2 tsp
  12. salt to taste
  13. Black salt 1/2 tsp
  14. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  15. Amchur powder 1 tsp
  16. Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  17. oil to brush Kebabs

Instructions

  1. Boil peas and blanch spinach.
  2. Crush peas,spinach and capsicum with chili cutter.
  3. Mix peas ,capsicum,spinach fenugreek and mint leaves.
  4. Add mashed potatoes, salt and other spices.Mix well
  5. Heat oil in pan and roast besan , cashew-nuts. Add above green mix and stir for 2 minutes.
  6. Cool the mixture and make equal size balls
  7. Shape kebabs on skewers.Heat and grease grill pan
  8. Grill kebabs until golden brown on all sides.Serve hot
