Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup cooked rice
  2. 1 carrots , sliced
  3. 2 onions , sliced
  4. 1 tomato , sliced
  5. 20 Gm peas
  6. 4 cauliflower florets
  7. 2 tbsp oil
  8. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. 1/2 teaspoon haldi

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and saute until onions brown
  2. Add haldi powder and all veggies with little water. Cook until tender
  3. Add salt , red chili powder and saute it for 2 minutes
  4. Add rice and gently mix until its well coated with masalas
  5. Serve hot with raita and salan
