Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chapatti 3
  2. Thinly sliced capsicum 2
  3. Thinly sliced tomato 2
  4. Thinly sliced onion 2
  5. Sweet corn 1 cup
  6. 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese or as required
  7. 2 tbsp Butter
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 2 tbsp Chili sauce
  10. 1 tsp Chili flakes
  11. 2 tsp Soya sauce
  12. Ajinomoto Pinch - optional
  13. 1 tsp Oregano

Instructions

  1. On a chapati spread chili sauce and soya sauce.
  2. Spread veggies evenly
  3. Sprinkle salt, ajinomoto, oregano, chili flakes and mozzarella cheese
  4. Place 1 more chapati on top
  5. Repeat all above steps
  6. Cover with 3rd chapati on top
  7. Melt butter on tawa and place chapati pizza
  8. Cover the pan and cook it 4-5 mins over low heat. Flip carefully and cook on other side until pizza is crisp
  9. Slice and serve hot with sauce
