Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 500 gm chicken
  2. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  3. 1.5 tsp chili powder
  4. 1 tsp coriander powder
  5. 1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 onion coarsely crushed
  7. 1 tsp ghee
  8. 12-15 curry leaves
  9. 2 tbsp chicken masala
  10. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  11. 3 slit green chillies
  12. salt to taste
  13. 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate Chicken with turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and ghee. Keep it aside for 30 minutes
  2. In a non stick pan, add 1 tbsp of water, bring to boil then add marinated chicken. Cover and cook for around 20-25 mints on low flame, or till the water has been evaporated.
  3. In a nonstick pan, heat oil, add slit green chilies saute it for 10 seconds then add curry leaves again saute for 10 seconds, next add the cooked chicken
  4. Add in chicken masala and garam masala and mix it well. Cover and cook covered for 7-10 mints till aromatic. Serve hot
