Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For the batter:
  2. Refined flour- 200 gm
  3. Green cardamom- little pinch
  4. Milk- 400 ml
  5. Ghee for frying
  6. Raisins- 2 tbsp
  7. Crushed cashew nut- 2 tbsp
  8. For the syrup:
  9. Sugar- 400 gm
  10. Water- 100 ml
  11. Green cardamom

Instructions

  1. Make a smooth batter with the listed ingredients.
  2. Mix the sugar into the water and make the sugar syrup.
  3. And add the green cardamom powder in the sugar syrup
  4. Heat the ghee in a non stick pan.
  5. Reduce the flame into medium.
  6. . Pour 2 tbsp of batter into ghee and cook till golden brown.
  7. . Strain and soak the malpuas in the sugar syrup.
  8. Ready to eat garma garam malpua.
