ABOUT Paneer pakoda RECIPE

Paneer pakodas made using schezwan chutney. The latter is applied between two pieces of paneer

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Thick paneer cubes 10/11
  2. Schezwan chutney as required
  3. Oil for frying
  4. For batter:
  5. Besan 1 cup
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Haldi 1/4th tsp
  8. Kashmiri chilli powder 1/4th tsp
  9. Baking powder 1/8th tsp
  10. Water as per requirement

Instructions

  1. Cut the paneer cubes into two pieces and apply schezwan chutney on any one of the pieces and cover with the other piece as shown in the picture :point_down:
  2. Add the above mentioned paneer cubes into the besan batter and deep fry the on medium heat. Your paneer pakodas with twist are ready! Serve with ketchup or chutney of your choice.
