Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 kg puff rice
  2. 1/2 kg chiwda
  3. 1/2 kg peanut
  4. 1/2 kg besan sev
  5. 1 bowl curry leaves
  6. salt to taste
  7. 10 green chillies
  8. 1 tbsp dry mango powder
  9. 1 tbspn black salt
  10. 1 tbspn roasted cumin powder
  11. 1 tbspn dhaniya powder
  12. 1 tbspn red chilli flakes
  13. 3 tbspn castor sugar
  14. 1 tbspn rai seeds
  15. oil for stir fry


  1. Take a big wok add little bit of oil and heat it
  2. Now add peanuts to it and stir fry all peanuts in medium flame till it's changes colour or became crunchy
  3. Now transfer peanuts in big thali
  4. Add little bit if oil in same wok add puff rice and saute it till it became crunchy in low flame
  5. Now transfer these crunchy puff rice in same thali of peanuts
  6. Now add oil in kadai add chiwda to it in low flame and roast all chiwda till it became crunchy but don't change colour
  7. Now take small fry pan add oil to it
  8. Putt curry leaves and green chilli fry it
  9. Now take a big thal add besan sev add crunchy peanut crunchy puff rice add roasted chiwda
  10. Add all masala and salt and castor sugar
  11. Now add fried curry leaves and green chilli
  12. It's ready to serve
