Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. curry leaves 1 cup
  2. red chillies 4
  3. tomato 1 finely chopped
  4. tamarind a lemon size
  5. onion 1 thinly sliced
  6. ginger garlic paste
  7. garlic 2 full pods


  1. heat oil in a pan and roast the curry leaves
  2. add curry leaves and tomato in a blender and make it to fine paste
  3. heat gingerly oil in A pan.
  4. add mustard seeds, curry leaves,red chilli and fennel seeds.
  5. once they splutter add onion and fry till it turns soft. now add ginger garlic paste
  6. after few minutes add garlic and fry till raw smell goes
  7. now add the grinded curry leaves mixture and tamarind juice
  8. add little water and salt. boil till it turns semi solid. you can add turmeric if you need(optional). serve with rice
