I love fusion food. It's the best of two worlds combined palate. This soup is refreshing, mouth watering and fulfilling.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 small tomatoes
  2. salt to taste
  3. 1 slice of White bread
  4. 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  5. 5 garlic cloves
  6. 1/2 cup coconut paste
  7. 1/4 cup olive oil
  8. 1 large Bell pepper
  9. 1 large organic cucumber
  10. For Garnishing:
  11. Chopped onions
  12. Croutons as per choice
  13. Sliced baby tomato
  14. Sliced baby cucumber


  1. Dampen the bread a little. Process the bread with tomato, cucumber, garlic and 1 cup chilled water.
  2. Add de-seeded bell pepper, olive oil, lemon juice and coconut paste and blend into a smooth paste. Add salt to taste.
  3. Strain the soup and chill for half an hour. Garnish with chopped onions, croutons, sliced baby tomato and cucumber.
  4. Serve chilled
