A typical North-Indian dish made out of paneer and onions
Cut paneer into small cubes.
Heat 1 tbsp oil and add diced onions. Cook till onion becomes translucent and transfer to plate.
Again heat 2 tbsp oil, add cumin seeds, cardamom, bayleaf and onion. Saute till brown.
Add ginger garlic, chillies and tomatoes . Cook till oil leaves the side.
Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and kasuri methi. Cook for a minute.
Add paneer and onion cubes and 1/2 cup of water. Cook till gravy thickens.
Add fresh cream and remove from the flame.
Mix well and top with fenugreek seeds.
I load my dishes with more excitement than you will find in other new recipes that are getting far more attentions.
