Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup (gram flour)
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 1/4 tspn haldi
  4. 1 tspn Salt or to taste
  5. 1/2 tspn red chilly pow
  6. 2 chopped Green chilly
  7. 1 tspn chopped ginger
  8. 1/2 tspn rai
  9. 1/4 tspn hing
  10. 2 tspn Lemon juice
  11. 2 tspn chopped coriander
  12. 1 sachet Eno Fruit salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl except Eno Fruit salt. Use water according to consistency of batter .
  2. Keep aside for 10 minutes
  3. Afer 10 minutes mix eno fruit salt gently .
  4. Put batter into greased idly moulds.
  5. Now steam into steamer for 6 minutes into microwave.
  6. After 6 minutes check with tooth pic.. If it comes clean then idlies r ready. Otherwise steam more one or half minute.
  7. Spongy idlies r ready to eat...garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Serve with favourite sauce .
