Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. lady finger 250 grams
  2. gram flour 3 tbsp
  3. red chilli powder as 1 tbsp
  4. turmeric 1 tbsp
  5. salt to taste
  6. mango powder half tsp
  7. oil

Instructions

  1. wash the lady finger and pat dry them,
  2. cut the front and back of the lady finger,slit them from between and dessed them
  3. now cut them into thin strips,
  4. take a bowl add all the ingredients except oil in it and keep it aside for 10 mins,
  5. preheat the airfryer at 180 degree for 10 mins,then add the lady finger which which are in a bowl with all the other dry mixture mix them well and transfer it into the air fryer and brush it with oil or ghee as per your choice,
  6. kindly check the browning and crispiness of the lady finger,if u want more crispy then air fry it more as u need it,
