Rice and urad dal dosa is one of the best meal in our house hold.it is loved by all. This south indian delicasy now a days cooked in every region.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 katori rice
  2. 1/2 katori urad daal
  3. 1/2 teaspoon methi dana
  4. oil for cooking
  5. 1 teaspoon suger
  6. 4 spoon schezwan sauce

Instructions

  1. Wash rice and dal separately .Soak them separately overnight.
  2. Add methi dana in rice.
  3. Grind into fine batter separately and then mix both.
  4. Keep for half an hour to set the batter.
  5. Take dosa tawa heat it sprinkle some water and then wipe it.
  6. Take your batter .Add the suger.mix it .
  7. Take a laddle full of batter and spread on tawa quickly .
  8. Now put oil on the edges of dosa and on the dosa too.
  9. Spread 1 spoon of schezwan sauce on top of dosa.
  10. When edges leaves the tawa take a flat spatula remove slowly your dosa and turn it round.
  11. Golden crisp dosa is ready to serve with hot piping sambhar and chutney
