ABOUT Makhanwala Paneer RECIPE

A buttery paneer dish that is very beautiful to look at and lip smacking good.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250 gms paneer
  2. 150 gms tomato puree
  3. 200 gms fresh cream
  4. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  7. 2 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
  8. 2-3 tbsp butter
  9. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and melt in the butter, add the fenugreek leaves, tomato puree,turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Stir well, then let it simmer and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Next pour in the cream and garam masala powder, and cook it further for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add in the paneer pieces along with salt to taste and cook it for a few minutes.
  4. Serve this dish hot garnished with a few coriander leaves.
