Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bottle gourd -100 gms
  2. Chickpea flour - 1/2 cup
  3. Rice flour - 2 tbsp
  4. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Oil - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the bottle gourd
  2. Cut into slices
  3. Mix chickpea flour,rice flour,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt in a bowl with the help of little water.
  4. Make a smooth batter.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Dip the bottle gourd slices into the batter.
  7. Coat them well.
  8. Fry the fritters golden and crispy
  9. Drain in paper napkin.
  10. Serve hot with sauces
