Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lady finger. 500 gram
  2. 2 onion.
  3. 2 tomato
  4. 4 Green chilli
  5. 2 tabs fresh curd
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1/2tsp mustard seeds
  8. 1tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/2tsp haldi powder
  10. 2 tsp coriander powder
  11. 1 tsp amchoor powder
  12. 2 tabs oil


  1. Wash and clean all lady fingers
  2. Cut tha lady fingers onion tomato green chilli , length wise.
  3. Heat oil in a pan . Put mustard seeds .let them crackle and then add onion pieces , fry till golden brown.
  4. Now add tomato pieces salt haldi powder red chilli powder coriander powder amchoor powder nd green chilli.
  5. Add curd and mix well cook for 4-5minuts.
  6. Now add lady finger pieces and mix . Cover it and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Now it is ready to be served.
  8. Enjoy with garma garam rotia nd masala curd....
