ABOUT Mango ice-cream RECIPE

Delicious, yummy homemade mango ice-cream. The ice cream is made with only a few ingredients and does not require any cooking.

Ingredients Serving: 3

Mangoes peeled cut and pureed 2
Powdered sugar 3/4 cup
Malai chillied 1 bowl
Milk 1 glass
Glazed karonde as per required
Tuttifruity for garnish

Instructions

Take malai in a mixer and mix till peaks form. Be careful as over-mixing can make it into butter.
Now add sugar and mango puree. Mix.
Add the milk and mix.
Now transfer this to a container and freeze for 2-3 hours. Mix again and freeze for 3 hours. The ice cream is now ready.
Now garnish with glazed karonde and tutti fruity.Enjoy.
