ABOUT Fried rice RECIPE

Chinease cuisine has become one of the most eaten food in India and this is an easy recipe to make the chinease fried rice at home. Easy, yummy and quick.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 cup cooked rice
  2. Carrots [chopped] - 1/2 cup
  3. beans [chopped] - 1/4 th cup
  4. Tomatoes [chopped] - 1
  5. Cabbage [shredded] - 1/2 cup
  6. Spring onion [chopped] - 4 tbsp
  7. 1tsp fried rice masala
  8. 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  9. Red chilli powder/paste - 1 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Schezuwan sauce - 1 tbsp
  12. 1/2tsp vinegar
  13. Refined oil

Instructions

  1. Heat about 1 tbsp oil in a wok, then add the ginger garlic paste in it followed by the chopped vegetables. Stire them and cook on a high flame for few minutes.
  2. Then add the red chilly powder, the sauces and the vinegar. Stir for few seconds and then add the cooked rice.
  3. Then add the required amount of salt and fried rice masala powder, give it a stir.
  4. Garnish with some chopped spring onion or coriander leaves, and serve.
