ABOUT potato cutlet RECIPE

This is a delicious potato cutlet, which has no usage of onion or garlic. This can be served during fasts as well.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 boiled potato
  2. salt according to taste
  3. cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
  4. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  5. Green chilli 2
  6. 2big tbs singare ka aata [water chestnut aata], [This needs to be roasted and then used]
  7. kasuri methi 1tbs
  8. coriander leaves [handful]
  9. ginger 1 pinch
  10. olive oil half cup

Instructions

  1. First, boil the potatoes and peel them.
  2. Now add all the spices and mix it well.
  3. Now make small balls out of the potato mixture.
  4. Take a spoonful of roasted flour in a bowl. Add some water to it and make a solution. Make a batter out of the flour mix. Dip the balls in the batter and coat them with some dry flour.
  5. Heat the oil in a pan and the balls are deep fry in it. Now serve it with Green Chutney.
