Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Baby potatoes 10
  2. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  3. Corn flour 1 1/2 tsp
  4. Flour 1 1/2 tsp
  5. chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. yoghurt 1 cup
  7. Salt
  8. coriander powder 1 tsp
  9. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  10. oil
  11. Slit green chilli 2
  12. curry leaves 10
  13. Red colour 1 dropor 1/8 tsp
  14. Coriander leaves chopped for garnishing

Instructions

  1. First boil potatoes , 80 percent
  2. Peel them and cut in halves , when they are cooled down
  3. In a bowl mix coriander powder , Chilli powder 1 tsp , ginger garlic paste 1 tsp , garam masala and salt
  4. Also add corn flour and maida
  5. Combine well with water and 1/2 cup yoghurt
  6. Make a thick batter
  7. Now add potatoes to the batter
  8. Coat well , keep them aside for 20 mins
  9. Now deep fry or shallow fry them
  10. In a nonstick pan heat oil , add curry leaves , slit green chilli , ginger garlic paste 1 tsp , chilli powder 1 tsp , salt and 1/2 cup yoghurt
  11. Add red colour also optional
  12. Saute for 2_3 mins in low heat
  13. Add fried potatoes
  14. When gravy turns thick , switch off gas
  15. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
  16. Serve hot

Im vegan..so I tried it with Cashew cream instead of Yogurt..came out good
