Very easy ladoo for the festival season

Ingredients Serving: 20

  1. 2 cups rava
  2. 2 1/2 cups sugar
  3. few cashews
  4. few raisins
  5. 1/2 cup milk
  6. 1/2 cup ghee

Instructions

  1. Roast rava in a dry pan until brown.
  2. Pulse it in the mixer for sometime along with sugar.
  3. Add ghee in the same tava and roast broken cashews and raisins.
  4. Add pulsed rava mixture to the ghee and hot milk on top of all.
  5. Cool for sometime. When the mixture is warm start making laddu by pressing between thumb and palm.
  6. Rava laddu is ready in just 10 minutes.
