ABOUT Masala Puri RECIPE

These delicious pooris are made in Gujrat and one can have them with tea.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour - 2 Cups
  2. Moien - 3 tsp
  3. Salt - as per taste
  4. Ajwain - 1/4 tsp
  5. Chat masala - 1/4 tsp
  6. Fresh coriander - for garnish
  7. Til - 1/2 tsp
  8. Haldi - 1/2 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take atta in large thali, add oil and rub nicely. Add all the dry masalas and kneed a tight dough.
  2. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Roll the puris and deep fry them in hot oil.
  3. Serve hot with chai.
