ABOUT Fried rice RECIPE

A classic fried rice dish in under twenty minutes.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boiled rice - 2 Cups
  2. Oil - 2 tbsp
  3. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  4. Green chilli - 2 slit
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  7. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1 big
  8. Carrot, chopped - 2
  9. Onion, chopped - 1 big
  10. Green onion leaves, chopped - 2
  11. Vinegar - 1 tsp
  12. Tomato, chopped - 1

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a kadahi. Add chopped onion,sites chilli and saute 2 minutes on high flame. Add all veggies and saute on high flame.
  2. Add all the veggies and saute on high flame then add chopped tomato and fry for one minute.
  3. Add boiled rice and stir gently. Add black pepper, salt, soy sauce and vinegar.
  4. Mix well and fry for five more minutes on high flame. Serve with Schezwan sauce.
