ABOUT Pea & Spinach Side Dish RECIPE

A healthy side dish full or iron and proteins.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green Peas - 500 grams
  2. Spinach - 500 grams
  3. Oil - 3 tsp
  4. Zeera - 1 tsp
  5. Heeng powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Onions - 5 (chopped)
  7. Green chilies - 2 (chopped)
  8. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach, remove stems, chop it well set aside. Wash the peas and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add zeera and heeng, when it splutters add onions fry till transparent. Add chopped spinach and green chilies and saute till it changes color to dark green. Add peas and salt, mix well and cook till peas become soft.
  3. Pea and spinach side dish is ready to serve.
