In mango season we want varieties of mango dishes so I tried this sweet and it was loved by all.
Grind Mango and paneer together. Roast coconut in 1 teaspoon ghee. Add mango and paneer paste in roasted coconut. Roast it for 5 minutes.
Add sugar, elaichi powder and powdered almonds and mix properly. Add 1 tsp ghee in it and roast till it leaves the sides off the gas.
When it cools, make ladoos from it and store in an airtight container.
