ABOUT Mango And Paneer Ladoo RECIPE

In mango season we want varieties of mango dishes so I tried this sweet and it was loved by all.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 Cup - Peeled and chopped mango
  2. 1 Cup - Paneer cubes
  3. 2 teaspoons - Desi ghee
  4. 2 teaspoons - Powdered almonds
  5. 1/4 teaspoon - Elaichi powder
  6. 2 tsp - Desiccated coconut
  7. 2 teaspoons - Sugar

Instructions

  1. Grind Mango and paneer together. Roast coconut in 1 teaspoon ghee. Add mango and paneer paste in roasted coconut. Roast it for 5 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, elaichi powder and powdered almonds and mix properly. Add 1 tsp ghee in it and roast till it leaves the sides off the gas.
  3. When it cools, make ladoos from it and store in an airtight container.
