ABOUT Mix fruit masala poori RECIPE

Healthy substitute to our regular masala poori , addition of fruits gives it a different taste all together .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ready made pooris - 10-12
  2. Mixed fruits chopped - 1 bowl ( I took grapes, tinned pineapple, apple, sprouted, moong dal and roasted peanuts )
  3. Chaat masala- 1/4th tsp
  4. Salt - less than 1/4th tsp
  5. Roasted jeera powder - 1/4th tsp
  6. Red chilli powder - optional
  7. Juice of half lemon
  8. Chilled curd (mix salt and powdered sugar ) - 3-4 tbsp
  9. Meethi imli ki chutney - 3-4 tbsp
  10. Green chutney - 3-4 tbsp
  11. Besan sev for garnishing
  12. Chopped fresh coriander for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take all the fruits, sprouted moong, peanuts .
  2. Add salt, chaat masala, jeera powder, red chilli powder, lime juice and mix .
  3. Now stuff all the pooris with this mixture and place them in a plate.
  4. Drizzle curd, meethi and green chutney over them .
  5. Sprinkle some Jeera powder, red chilli powder, coriander. Spread sev over then and serve immediately .
