Paneer with twist of coconut cream

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Paneer 1 cup
  2. Onion 1 cut in small pieces
  3. Tomato 1 chopped finely
  4. Mint few leaves
  5. Coconut cream 1 cup
  6. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Red chilli powder to taste
  9. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  11. Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
  12. Garlic paste 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add oil, garlic paste and cook it
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste and golden brown them
  3. Now add onion and cook till it turn golden. After this add tomatoes and salt, red chilli, coriander powder and turmeric.
  4. When masala leave the oil, add coconut cream and cook for 5 mints at low flame
  5. Now finally add paneer and cook for more 5 mints.
  6. Cut mint leaves and garnish with it and turn off gas and cover with lid to get all the flavors get mixed.
