ABOUT Cucumber salad with yogurt dressing RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cucumber
  2. 1 tsp peanut coarsely powdered
  3. For the dressing:
  4. 1/2 cup yogurt thick
  5. 2 tspn white vinegar
  6. 2 tspn sugar powder
  7. 1/4 tsp salt
  8. 1 tspn mint chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut cucumber into slice and chill
  2. For the dressing :
  3. Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate
  4. Layer the dressing over the cucumber slice, just before serving
  5. Serve chilled garnishing with peanut.
