ABOUT Masala Chai Kulfi RECIPE

This kulfi is full of Indian masala tea flavours. A twist to traditional kulfi

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Full cream milk 500ml
  2. Condensed milk 200ml
  3. Freash cream 100ml
  4. Sugar 2 Tbsps
  5. Tea leaves 1 tbsp
  6. Tea masala 1/2 tsp
  7. Pistachio chopped 2 tbsps
  8. Few parle-g biscuits crushed(optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil milk on slow flame with tea leaves added.
  2. Then add tea masala and sugar to this and boil for few more minutes.
  3. Strain this milk. Let it cool down a little.
  4. Add to this condensed milk and fresh cream. Mix well with a egg beater.
  5. Now add pistachios.
  6. Fill this mixture into kulfi moulds. Can be set as an icecream too.
  7. Let it set for 6-8 hours.
  8. Serve with some crushed parle-g biscuits.
