ABOUT Cake for my love... RECIPE

Cake for my love is that one cake that you would surely like to gift to your partner... this is an eggless recipe for all the vegetarians out there ...the chocolaty texture is out of the world!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Flour 280 grams
  2. Melted butter 100 grams
  3. Condensed milk 1tin
  4. Coca cola 250 millilitre
  5. Castor sugar 2 teaspoon
  6. Baking powder 2 teaspoon
  7. Baking soda 1 teaspoon
  8. Cocoa powder 3 tablespoon
  9. Whipped cream 4 cups
  10. Chocolate 250 grams

Instructions

  1. Greese and dust a baking tin and keep aside.
  2. Sieve flour, baking soda and powder, cocoa powder and keep aside.
  3. Mix butter, condensed milk, and sugar in separate bowl and beat it for few minutes.
  4. Add flour mixture and coke two or three times in the mean time of mixing.
  5. Pour the batter into tin.
  6. Bake it for 30 to 40 minutes at 180 degree Celcius
  7. Prepare the icing meanwhile your cake gets cooled down..
  8. Whip cream and Add melted chocolate to it.
  9. Ice your cake with this icing whichever way you like..
  10. Finish with grating some more chocolate on top...
