This recipe is healthy less oil high fiber chatpati 7 tasty side dish. This is an easy recipe to be made at home.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 400 GM bhindi(ladyfinger)clean n dry
  2. coriander powder 1 tsp
  3. jeera(cumin)powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  5. Sauna powder (fennel) 1/2tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Chilli powder 1/2-1tsp
  8. Menthi (fenugreak) seeds or powder 1/4 tsp
  9. Black jeera(onion seeds1/4tsp
  10. Heeng(asafoetida) a pinch
  11. Lemon 1/2 or amchoor powder 1/2 tsp
  12. oil 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut each bhindi into 4 equal parts
  2. Take one borosil glass (microwave safe ) bowl
  3. Drop in 1 tbsp oil ,add all the dry masala except lemon juice and salt
  4. Microwave for 2 min in high power
  5. Now add cut bhindi and lemon juice or amchoor powder mix properly
  6. Adjust microwave in combo mode( grill+microwave) in medium power for 15 mins
  7. Add salt n mix properly again microwave in high speed for 2 min
  8. Now tasty bhindi is ready to serve with Paratha for breakfast or with dal & rice for lunch
