ABOUT Low fat healthy vegan pancakes RECIPE

It's low fat weight loss pancakes which is very healthy, vegan and made by using only 3 ingredients and that's why it's s super easy to make! Serve this in your dinner!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1. 5 cup oats
  2. 1 chopped ripe banana
  3. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  4. 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  5. 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  6. Chocolate sauce(optional):
  7. 4 pitted dates
  8. 1 tsp cocoa powder
  9. Water

Instructions

  1. In a blender add oats and blend it until it becomes fine flour consistency.
  2. Add milk, banana and blend again until it becomes a smooth batter.
  3. Add coconut sugar and cinnamon powder (Would be highly recommended if you are using unsweetened almond milk) and blend it again.
  4. Let the batter sit briefly while you are heating a pan over the flame.
  5. Spoon one full ladle of the pancake batter onto the hot pan.
  6. Flip when you see bubbles in the middle of the pancake, or if the edges are looking stiffened.
  7. Repeat until the batter is done.
  8. Chocolate sauce:
  9. In a blender add soaked & pitted dates, cocoa powder and water to adjust consistency.
  10. Serving:
  11. Place the pancakes in to the plate and top it with chocolate sauce, banana slices and nuts of your choice.
