Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 400 gms - boneless chicken
  2. cornflour - 2 tbps
  3. oil for deep frying
  4. 1/2 tbps - galangal chopped
  5. 1/2 tbps - garlic chopped
  6. 1/4 cup - dried red chilly
  7. 1/2 tablesoon - lemongrass chopped
  8. 1/2 tablespoon - kaffir lime leaves chopped
  9. 1 tbps - soy sauce
  10. 1/2 tbps - vinegar
  11. 1/2 tbps - sesame seeds
  12. 1 tbps - olive oil
  13. Black pepper powder & Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken pieces in small cubes.
  2. Make a batter of cornflour and water, add salt and pepper, deep fry the chicken after dipping it in the batter.
  3. Now heat the pan, add olive oil, then garlic, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and chili, cook for 30 seconds, then add sesame seed and chicken.
  4. Cook for about 1 minute adding soy sauce and vinegar, reduce the soy and serve hot.
