ABOUT Sajana-phula Pakodi/Moringa Flower Fritter RECIPE

I am here with an edible flower that look so pretty hanging in bunches from a Moringa Tree. Loaded with calcium, iron ,magnesium and many more vitamins ,these Moringa Flowers are super healthy to be used in your dish. Add them to your Dal or Dosa. These are so versatile and can be used in many ways. Sometime I fry them with thin slices of potato in a generous amount of mustard oil. Oh my !Experiment word fits so well with this edible Moringa Flowers and I am sure they won’t disappoint you at the end. You can also store them as sun-dried to use when they are not in season.
