ABOUT Prawn Risotto RECIPE

Italian style creamy rice with prawns.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice-350gm
  2. Prawns 200gm
  3. Butter 50 gm
  4. Garlic -2tablespoon
  5. Onion -100gm
  6. Celery-10gm
  7. Salt
  8. Black pepper-1/2teaspoon
  9. Oregano-1teaspoon
  10. Stock 500ml

Instructions

  1. Wash rice and soaked for 30minutes.
  2. Clean the prawns wash and dry them.
  3. Fine chop the garlic and celery.fine chop onion.
  4. Take a pan add butter add chopped garlic ,celery and onion and stirr for 2minutes.
  5. Now add rice and stirr for 2 minutes now start adding stock half at a time now cook the rice until stock is absorbed.
  6. Reduce the heat add the chopped prawns and put one prawn side as a garnish .
  7. Add salt black pepper and oregano
  8. In another pan add butter add a prawn and add salt and black pepper grill the prawn until done.
  9. In a platter put the rissoto rice and garnish with grilled prawns
