Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Soya granules 2 cups
  2. Potato 4
  3. Eggs 2
  4. Green chillies 2-3
  5. Coriander 1/2 cup
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  8. Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  9. Bread 8-10
  10. Schezwan sauce as required
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Pepper 1/2 tsp
  13. Roasted gram flour 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak soya granules in warm water for 1 hour.
  2. Peel potato and boil with granules until potatoes cook well.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste garam masala salt pepper and wait until water dries
  4. When little water is left, add gram flour and stir.
  5. Now mash the potatoes.
  6. Beat eggs into it mix well.
  7. Now take a bread slice apply shezwan chutney add the granules masala and bake in oven for 10 min.
  8. Serve with siracha sauce.
