Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Gobhi -250 gm
  2. Galic-4 pieces
  3. Ginger-10 gm
  4. Tomato-4
  5. Salt-As per taste
  6. Degi mirch-2 tspn
  7. Garam Masala-2 tspn
  8. Kitchen king-4 tspn
  9. Besan -100 gm
  10. Refined Oil- to deep fry and 5 tbsp
  11. Ajwain-2 tsp
  12. Haldi-2tsp
  13. Dhania powder-1 tbsp
  14. Heeng-pinch
  15. Onion-1 big
  16. Fresh dhaniya- 1/4 katori
  17. Kasoori methi-1 Tsp
  18. Jeera-1 tsp
  19. Rai-1 tsp
  20. Malai- 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. First of all grate gobhi
  2. Add besan,salt,ajwain,degi mirch,kasoori methi,dhania powder ,garlic,ginger,green chilly,haldi and kitchen king mix it well. keep side for 15 minutes
  3. After 15 minutes make kofta and deep fry and keep aside
  4. For gravy, Blend onions, garli,ginger,green chilly in a mixer
  5. Put oil in kadai and add onions mixture till light brown. Add kasoori methi, immediately and add tomato puree.
  6. Then add heeng salt and all masala. Add malai when mixture leave the oil. Mix it well.
  7. Add four cup water boiled it till then leave half water.
  8. Add kofta, boil 5-6 for minutes and cover it for 15 minutes. Sprinkle fresh coriander.
  9. Yummy kofta are ready to eat with dal and chapati.
