Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice - 1 cup
  2. Mushroom (sliced) - 1 cup
  3. Chopped veggies (carrots, beans and spring onions) - 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
  5. chopped ginger - 1/2 tsp
  6. Chopped green chillies - 1/2 tsp
  7. Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
  8. Ajinamoto (optional) - 1/2 tsp
  9. Refined oil
  10. Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok with some oil.
  2. Once it is hot, add chopped garlic, ginger and chillies.
  3. Once you get a good aroma, add the chopped veggies.
  4. Stir and add salt. Cook till almost done and then add the mushrooms.
  5. Cook till they are done, add soy sauce, Ajinomoto and stir.
  6. Add the cooked rice and give it a mix. Cook for few more minutes and serve.
