ABOUT 1 Minute Microwave Mug cake! RECIPE

Chocolate mug cake made in a microwave in just a minute!.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. All purpose flour - 2 Tbsp
  2. Coco powder - 1.5 tsp (Unsweetened)
  3. Sugar - 1 tsp
  4. Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  5. A pinch of salt
  6. Chocolate chips - 2 tsp (optional)
  7. Crushed walnuts - 1 tsp
  8. Fruit jam - 1 tbsp
  9. Milk - 2 tbsp
  10. Cooking oil - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a microwave safe mug add flour, sugar, coco powder, salt and baking powder.
  2. Add chocolate chips and walnuts. Mix thoroughly using a spoon.
  3. Add milk, jam and oil. Continue to stir.
  4. Microwave on high for 1 minute, if not sure then microwave for another 10 seconds.
  5. Take out, let it cool a little then have it warm or you can have it sizzling with a scoop of ice cream on top.
