ABOUT Masala paneer RECIPE

Delicious flavoured paneer , you can make it in different flavours by adding ingredients of your choice . This is a self adapted recipe .

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk- 1 litre
  2. Juice of two lemons
  3. Salt - 1tsp
  4. Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
  5. 1/2 Ginger - grated
  6. 1/2 tsp - crushed Pepper
  7. 1/4th tsp - Zeera
  8. Chopped fresh Coriander - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil milk and add lemon juice to curdle it .
  2. Also add salt , chilli flakes , grated ginger , chopped fresh dhaniya leaves , crushed pepper and zeera .
  3. Once the milk curdles strain all the whey with muslin cloth and make paneer .
  4. Let it cool cut into pieces and serve .
