ABOUT Tomato Dosa RECIPE

This dosa gives sour flavour of tomato in dosa.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup rice flour
  2. 1/2 cup besan
  3. 1/2 cup rawa
  4. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  5. 4 tomatoes
  6. 1 inch ginger
  7. 3 green chilies
  8. 1tsp jeera
  9. 1 tbsp sugar
  10. 2tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Boil the tomatoes in water. Peel the skin. Make smooth paste and grind chilies and ginger along with it.
  2. Mix all flour above. Add tomatoes to it. Add salt. Sugar as per taste. Add jeera.
  3. Make smooth batter.
  4. Heat dosa pan and make thin dosas. Serve with coconut chutney.
