Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Beetroots finely chopped 250 gms
  2. Onions finely chopped 2
  3. Green chillies 2
  4. Curry leaves 8-10
  5. Red chilli pwd 1/2 tsp
  6. Coriander pwd 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take 3 tbsp of oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onions to this and fry till light brown.
  3. Add curry leaves and green chillies to this.
  4. Now add in beetroots chopped along with salt, red chilli pwd and coriander pwd.
  5. Stir well, sprinkle some water and cover the pan till beetroot is soft enough.
  6. Check seasoning and serve.
