.This pizza is a very healthy alternate to our regular white flour pizzas.This Pizza is nothing but pizza made with a uttapam batter as base .It is made *Without Maida *Without Yeast *Without oven.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. -1small cup poha
  2. -1 small cup Oats
  3. -1 small cup curd
  4. -1 tsp salt
  5. -Sufficient water for soaking and for prepareing batter,
  6. -2tbsp home made organic pizza sauce
  7. -2tbsp chopped green bell pepper
  8. -2tbsp chopped yellow bell pepper
  9. - 2tbsp chopped red bell pepper
  10. 1small tomato sliced
  11. -Gratted Whole milk mozerella 1cup.. Or as needed
  12. -1 tsp chilli flakes
  13. -1tbsp mixed herbs
  14. -Salt to taste
  15. --Drizling with organic ketchup

Instructions

  1. --Soak poha and oats in sufficient water for 5-7min.
  2. --After that blend it in a blender with little water and make smooth paste.
  3. --Take it into a bowl, add curd, salt and sufficient water to it and mix well.
  4. --Put a nonstick pan /tawa on stove heat it and apply olive oil to it.
  5. --Pour this batter in round shape to turn into pizza thicken.
  6. --Close the lid for 2 minutes and turn to other side and again close the lid.
  7. --Just cook it for 60% and take it into a plate.
  8. Then apply homemade pizza sauce and grated chesse.
  9. --After that add veggies one by one and top with cheese and again put it on pan and close the lid.
  10. --Cook it for 5 to 10 mins and open the lid.
  11. --Check whether it is cooked or not.If not cook for 5 more minutes and take into serving plate.
  12. --Garnish with red chilli flakes and Drizzle with organic ketchup.
  13. I serve this with homemade cold drink.:yum::blush:
