Soak daal overnight
Wash and Put the daal in pressure cooker with salt and haldi, and 1 cup water
Boil for 15 minutes so that the daal is soft and easy to grind
Drain all the water and grind in the mixi
Add cumin seeds and adjust salt as there is no salt in atta dough
Knead Maida into a soft dough and keep to rest for an hour
Fill the daal mixture in the dough and roll like a poori
Heat tawa and cook the poori for a minute on each side
Then deep fry in desi ghee and serve with Zarda or masala fish
