Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Puffed Rice 2 cups
  2. Peanuts 1/2 cup
  3. Makhane 1/2 cup
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Black salt 1/2 tsp
  6. Dry mango pwoder 2 tsp
  7. A pinch of hing
  8. Turmeric 1 tbsp
  9. Curry leaves 12 nos
  10. Green chillies 4 nos
  11. Sliced coconut 2 tbsp
  12. Oil 4 tbsp
  13. Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat 1/ and 1/2 tsp ghee in a non-stick pan and fry the peanut first. Next, fry the makhana.
  2. Now roast the puffed rice and coconut.
  3. Then add the remaining ghee and saute the curry leaves, green chillies, add in turmeric and the fried ingredients. Mix well, then add black pepper, black salt, and plain salt. Turn off the flame.
  4. Let it cool and keep it in an air tight container.
