In my childhood days,amma soaked the bread in fresh coconut milk mixed with sugar.we had it as our evening snacks.the taste is super yumm.in this recipe i made with pink colour by adding beetroot

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. French Baguette-8, cut into 1"thick piece
  2. Beetroot-1 cup,chopped
  3. Coconut-1 cup, chopped
  4. Sugar -1/3 cup
  5. Cardamom-4

Instructions

  1. In a mixie, add chopped Beetroot and coconut. First grind it without adding water.
  2. Then add sugar,Cardamom with enough water
  3. Then squeeze out the milk from it.Vegan Rosemilk is ready.
  4. Cut the baguette into 1" inch thickness To equal parts
  5. In a plate place the cut baguette and Just enough Vegan Rosemilk poured on top of the baguette .
  6. Serve it immédiately.
