Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup cooked rice,
  2. 2 big Betel leaves chopped
  3. Peanuts
  4. 1 tsp urad daal
  5. 1 tsp chana daal
  6. Mustard seeds
  7. Cumin seeds
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Coriander leaves chopped
  10. Chilli chopped
  11. 1 tsp chopped Ginger garlic
  12. 1 Onion finely chopped
  13. Green fresh peas
  14. Turmeric powder
  15. Cinnamon
  16. Cloves
  17. Black pepper
  18. Chilli powder

Instructions

  1. In the pan Heat the oil add urad and chana daal, next splutter mustard and cumin seeds, cinnamon, star anise clove , garlic, Ginger,turmeric Chilli powder, peas, pea nuts, chopped Onion fry till translucent
  2. Next grind the betel leaves and chilli , make a coarsely paste then put in the pan
  3. Saute for a minute, further add salt to taste after add cooked rice mix well. Lastly add fried cashew nuts
  4. Finally serve betel leaves rice with curd or raita etc
