Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/3 cup chopped carrot
  2. 1/3 cup green pea
  3. 2 potato
  4. 1/3 cup red cabbage
  5. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  6. 1/4 cup fresh cream
  7. 1 tsp chilli powder or flacks
  8. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  9. 1 tbsp cluster sugar
  10. 1 tomato finely chopped
  11. 1/3 cup iceberg lettuce
  12. 1/2 tsp salt or as a taste

Instructions

  1. firstly peal potato and cut into small pieces and wash, boiled with pea and carrot
  2. take a big bowl add boiled veggies, red cabbage, tomato and lettuce , mix well
  3. now add mayonnaise and fresh cream and mix well.
  4. Now add chilli powder, salt, sugar and pepper. Our healthy salad is ready for eat.
